Da gibt es mehrere Wege...
kannst du ins "Recovery" booten, dann gibt es dort einen Eintrag dafür
"Update grub bootloader"
Wenn das nicht mehr geht, so denke ich, der einfachste Weg ist dieser:
Ein Live-System booten und "Ubuntu ausprobieren" wählen, mit LAN verbinden!
das Terminal starten und dort eingeben
dann, ohne sudo
hier "Recommended Repair" wählen (Standard)
...neu starten.
